Mind operate Supported Independent Living (SIL) and Short-Term Accommodation services for people with severe and enduring psychosocial disability, these residences are staffed 24/7 and funded through residents’ NDIS packages. Our practice is guided by Mind’s model of recovery oriented practice, SIL model and the Dual Disability framework, services operate in collaboration with the local community with a focus on supporting people to achieve their life goals.
We are seeking a compassionate, motivated permanent, part time (30.4hours per week) Mental Health Support Worker to work with our team across a 24/7 rotating roster in the Preston area. You will play an integral role in developing individual programs and providing recovery-oriented psychosocial support to assist clients work towards wellbeing and independent living.
