The Supported Independent Living (SIL) residential service is for people living with severe and enduring psychosocial disability. The residences are typically staffed 24/7 and funded through client’s NDIS packages with practice guided by Mind’s Model of Recovery Oriented Practice, SIL model and the Dual Disability framework. Services are designed to build positive, meaningful lives in collaboration with the community with a focus on supporting people to achieve their My Better Life goals.
We are seeking compassionate, resilient Mental Health Support Workers for casual opportunities to work within a caring team on a 24/7 rotating roster across the Northern suburbs area. You will play an integral role in developing individual programs and providing recovery-oriented psychosocial support to assist clients work towards wellbeing and independent living.
