The Case Manager will be providing support and assistance to families through case management. (A copy of the position description is provided below.)
The program support is offered through holistic and strengths based work. Working with families who may be experiencing challenges which limit their capacity to parent and provide for their children. The program also supports families who may be dealing with vulnerabilities in their life which could include but not limited to domestic violence, parental mental health, drug and alcohol misuse, lack of parenting skills or inadequate supervision of child and parent(s) with significant learning difficulties or intellectual disability.
As part of our Employment screening process you will be required to undertake a national criminal history check.
Positions requiring WWCC: In addition, there is a requirement to possess a current Working with Children check or apply if you do not already hold one. It is unlawful for prohibited persons to apply for work with children, and, as such, prohibited persons cannot apply for this role.
