The South Eastern Centre Against Sexual Assault (SECASA), is a program of Monash Health, with responsibility in the Southern and Bayside Regions of the Department of Health and Human Services for:
These services are provided in the south-eastern metropolitan region of Melbourne, across the Mornington Peninsula, the Greater Dandenong area and Cardinia and Casey Shires. We have a number of operational locations including Cranbourne, Dandenong, East Bentleigh, Hastings Pakenham, Rosebud, Seaford and South Yarra. Crisis Care Units are located at Monash Medical Centre, Clayton and at the Multidisciplinary Centre in Dandenong South.
Reporting to the General Manager, Monash Health Community, you will be responsible for leading and managing the operations of SECASA. This includes accountability for the clinical, professional and financial performance of all areas of the service, to ensure our clients receive consistently high quality, effective and efficient care.
With significant people management experience, your clinical background is likely to be in either psychology or social work. You lead by example, you are a natural role model and you inspire your people to perform at their best every day. In addition, you can readily demonstrate highly developed capabilities in:
Your recognised clinical expertise, alongside superior communication, influencing and interpersonal skills will enhance your ability to perform well in this important role.
Eligibility for membership of a relevant professional association and current AHPRA registration for registered professions are mandatory requirements for this role. Postgraduate qualifications in clinical, research, public health or leadership (or working towards) will be highly regarded.
