The Cranlana Centre for Ethical Leadership (CCEL) is a not-for-profit organisation dedicated to developing the leadership capabilities of Australia’s private, public and community sector executives. The programs are designed to challenge, inspire and foster critical thinking required to lead in today’s uncertain times. CCEL promotes the development of ethical leadership through a distinct method of shared enquiry in small groups, led by expert moderators.

This new opportunity for a Senior Programs Officer will be driving high level administration and coordination to support the end-to-end delivery of CCEL Programs and events. This includes assisting the Head of Programs and Director by developing program documentation, updates and reports, and undertaking a variety of administrative duties to support program objectives and ensure CCEL programs and events are delivered to a high quality.
This role will have a strong focus on being the key liaison point between the Head of Programs, Program Director, Cranlana staff and internal and external client groups, and works closely with these groups to ensure the timely achievement of program deliverables.
The successful candidate provides support for the development, and takes the lead on the delivery, of the full suite of Cranlana's ethical leadership programs. This includes overseeing program logistics and ensuring the seamless execution of events, workshops, and seminars. You will also support the continuous evaluation of program effectiveness and identify areas for improvement and growth.
We are seeking a professional in their field with proven high-level project management skills and a record of successfully coordinating and supporting projects through to completion. Experienced in establishing priorities, allocating resources and meeting deadlines along with relationship management skills and outstanding interpersonal and communication skills are essential.
