The Role

As the Clinical Lead and Senior Occupational Therapist located at Bella Vista, you will manage a team of 7 Occupational Therapists and support the families that access our services.  

You will support our team of OTs with their caseloads which include young children with delays or disabilities, including children with Autism Spectrum Disorders and children with trauma related difficulties. You will have the opportunity to maintain a small caseload through weekly therapy or intensive therapy (client attends 5-10 days in a row).

You will be supported by the Directors who are Occupational Therapists and have run this successful business for 14 years. This allows you time to grow and learn within the leadership role, receiving both therapeutic and business-related mentoring.

You will support the Directors to identify areas of development and training for the therapeutic staff.

You will have the opportunity to grow into a Clinical Manager with autonomy to run the practice while having therapeutic and management support always available when needed.

Skills and Requirements

• University qualifications in Occupational Therapy
• Registration with AHPRA 
• Strong clinical experience working with children as an Occupational Therapist
• Leadership or management experience is preferable but not necessary
• Passion for OT and supporting kids
• A commitment to continuing professional development
• Strong desire to lead a team with passion and care
