THE OPPORTUNITY:

Australia's largest public museum organisation is seeking a Publishing Coordinator to support and coordinate the successful production, delivery and evolution of outstanding Museums Victoria publications.

Working alongside the Publishing Manager, key duties of this role include:

• Assisting with creating and commissioning content ideas.
• Liaising with authors, illustrators, designers, printers and retail distributors.
• Preparing publication schedules and tracking work progress.

• Monitoring budgets and facilitating procurement.

OTHER INFORMATION:

This role is a full-time, fixed term position. The salary on offer is $72,751 per annum (Base of grade) plus 10% superannuation.
