Nepean Blue Mountains Local Health District is looking for an experienced ITSM Coordinator, so if this sounds like you, we invite you to explore this opportunity.

THE ROLE

We are looking for a dynamic, enthusiastic, and motivated person with IT Service Management experience coupled with a strong interest and focus on continuous improvement.

Here, you will be responsible for service level reporting and continuous improvement of other core practices such as Incident Management, Problem Management and Service Management. Moreover, you will be working as part of a supportive environment that respects your experience and opinion and provides a challenge every day.

ABOUT YOU

You are a highly experienced professional with drive and passion. You like to work with teams to ensure customer service needs are met with real innovative change that meets or exceeds the organisation's needs. You will have demonstrated experience managing a Change Advisory Board (CAB) and training and supporting teams through the change approval processes.

You will be passionate about providing high-quality ITIL best practice advice and managing and coordinating with teams to comply with IT Change Management and other core practices. As a driven, highly experienced professional, you will bring a "customer experience" focus to delivering ICT services.
