What you’ll be doing

NPS MedicineWise has established an excellent reputation for our work in programs, products and services to improve the quality use of medicines and medical tests in Australia. This role is responsible for driving and managing our health projects, from minor to major, using a defined Project Management (PM) Framework and the NPS MedicineWise Operating Model. You will develop processes, procedures and templates to standardise and enhance the project delivery capability of NPS MedicineWise. You will be responsible for promoting best practice and you will conduct tracking, review and oversight of projects.

What you will need

  • At least 3 years experience in project management within a busy and complex environment, health industry preferable.
  • Strong understanding of project management principles and methodologies (PMBOK, PRINCE2 & AGILE)
  • Strong organisation skills demonstrated through planning, design and implementation of complex health related projects.
  • Strong relationship management and stakeholder skills
  • Sound report writing experience.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Advanced skills in utilising Microsoft Project to schedule and manage project timelines and resources
  • Previous experience working collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment
  • A safe home office set up
