The role
Key responsibilities include:
- Coaching, supervising and championing the Superyou culture to a multidisciplinary team of up to 18 clinicians including Occupational Therapists, Speech Pathologists and Physiotherapists.
- Consistently contribute to the strategic direction of Superyou.
- Ensuring operational guidelines are adhered to by clinicians and that resources and processes are appropriate.
- Ensuring all clinical practices and tasks meet relevant clinical standards.
- Ensuring expenses are aligned with budget and billable hour targets are met.
- Keeping up to date knowledge regarding changes in the NDIS and the disability sector.
- Collaborating with clinicians to determine opportunities for strategic growth and service innovation.
- Identifying operational issues impacting service quality and efficiency.
- Managing client and employee complaints and incidents.
- When required, managing your own, small caseload across your specific allied health discipline and clinical interests.

- A salary of $120,000 plus a vehicle allowance of $14,400 and salary packaging of up to $18,550.

What you’ll need:
- Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy, Speech Pathology or Physiotherapy.
- 5+ years as a senior clinician in a disability services environment.
- Demonstrated leadership skills that inspire and challenge people to achieve their professional goals.
- A commitment to delivering high quality services and ensuring best practice clinical governance.
- Being flexible and receptive to new ideas and new ways of doing things.
- An ability to design and implement strategic growth opportunities and/or innovative services delivery approaches.
- Sound financial and operational management skills, including the achievement of billable hour targets in a clinical consulting environment.
You will also need the following compliances:
- Relevant Board Registration.
- Australian Drivers Licence and reliable vehicle.
- NDIS Worker Screening Check.
- Working with Children’s Check.
- Proof of Covid-19 Vaccination
- First Aid Certificate
