We are Australia’s leading ethical retailer working to sell and promote high quality, unique, handmade products from 136 producers in 38 countries. We sell a wide range of fair and ethically sourced products from kitchenware, giftware, accessories and toys to our largest category of food and beverage. We have three sales channels; online, wholesale and retail stores. The eCommerce Coordinator is a critically important role responsible for supporting our growing eCommerce channel.

The Role

The eCommerce Coordinator works with the eCommerce and Marketing team to increase sales through the online platform. Responsibilities include digital marketing activities such as search engine optimisation, social media and e-newsletters as well as other duties including data analytics and content management.

A little about you (the key selection criteria)

  • Sound understanding of digital marketing principles and best practice
  • Experience in using the Adobe Creative Suite
  • Experience driving sales through Social Media
  • Experience creating email newsletters
  • Familiarity with eCommerce tools which may include Marketo, Magento, Adwords and Google Analytics

  • A base salary of $70,000 (pro-rated for 4 days per week) plus superannuation plus superannuation, superior leave benefits and access to a generous not-for-profit salary packaging program (up to $18,450 of your salary tax-free).

Appointment to this position will require a satisfactory clearance of a police check and/or Working with Children Check.
