- Casual Relief Drivers required
- Morning shift - 7 am to 9 am & Afternoon shift - 3 pm to 5 pm
- Cranbourne, Hastings and Langwarrin areas
MiLife-Victoria is a leader in disability support, located within the Cities of Casey and Frankston, and the Mornington Peninsula Shire. We support people to be self-directed and to exercise choice and control in their lives. We are currently seeking experienced and motivated individuals to join our fleet of drivers providing a specialised transport service to and from our three Learning Centres – Cranbourne, Hastings and Langwarrin on casual basis.
We currently have a need of casual (relief) drivers with and without HR licence. The hours are worked as a split shift to allow our customers to be supported to and from our sites each day. Start times depend on the route allocated, but will be approximately:
- Morning shift - 7am to 9am
- Afternoon shift - 3pm to 5pm
The key accountabilities of these roles include:
- To be reliable, supportive and a good communicator
- To be aware of and understanding the risks associated with transporting people with a disability including the handling of medication
- Understanding the needs of your customers and working to MiLife-Victoria policies and procedures
- Completing all tasks on time and in a manner that assists others to meet their reporting requirements
- Maintaining a safe and effective workplace, ensuring all defects and/or accidents are reported immediately
To be successful in this role you will have:
- Current Victorian Manual Drivers’ License
- Current First Aid/CPR certificate
- HR/Endorsed Licence with good driving history
