Applications are invited for the role of Centre Manager at Patterson Lakes Community Centre (PLCC).

This is an exciting role which involves community engagement, partnerships & networking. It also involves working with community members, stakeholders and other organisations to develop programs and projects that build community capacity and optimise health and wellbeing.

As well as community development, responsibilities include budget and risk management and preparing service agreement reports and submissions for grants and funding streams to achieve strategic goals.

Other responsibilities include working with the Committee of Management in relation to occupational health and safety compliance, and ensuring that all PLCC policies, procedures, systems and work practices are implemented and adhered to, in particular, in human resource management, risk management, financial management, governance, procurement, child safety and customer service.
