We exist to remove barriers to full participation in our communities for people with disability.
As our Human Resources Coordinator, you will take responsibility for all of our people-related systems and processes – recruitment, employment conditions, performance, volunteers, reasonable adjustments and WHS. You will collaborate closely with our line managers and offer them the support and guidance they need to optimise the contribution of their team members. In turn, you will have the support of your manager (Director, People, Quality & Systems) to enable you to work at your best and be part of leading best practice in employment for people living with disability.
To be successful in this role, you will bring solid experience in across human resources function, with a good eye for detail around employment regulations including workplace health and safety. You will enjoy collaborating with your internal customers to understand their needs and how you can support them in their business areas to optimise performance. Your style will be focussed on getting things done and you’ll be able to adeptly manage the different aspects of this varied role.
