What You Will Be Doing

The Crisis Assessment Treatment Team (CATT) provides community based comprehensive assessment service providing assessment and home treatment to clients requiring acute mental health support. The CATT conducts face-to-face holistic assessments in our Frankston, Mornington and Rosebud community clinics as well as in the client’s home.

The Operational Manager works closely with the Clinical manager to be provide clinical leadership and governance. The Operational Manager will oversee the day to day running of the CAT team and in conjunction with the Program Manager develop, maintain and evaluate specialist programs within the CATT service.

What You Need

We anticipate you will have:

  • Registered Nurse, Social Worker, OT or Clinical Psychologist with relevant registration
  • RPN ONLY: Post graduate qualification in Mental Health or specialist undergraduate Mental Health program
  • Minimum of 5 years varied experience in Senior Positions within the mental health field in both acute and community mental health settings.
  • Demonstrated significant problem-solving skills that require considerable understanding and interpretation of facility and departmental policy.
  • Vast clinical experience and knowledge in Community Mental Health settings.
