About us

Formed in November 1983 and incorporated under the Co-operatives Act 1996, Northcote Rental Housing Co-operative (NRHC) has been a Registered Housing Provider since October 2008. NRHC manages a total of 40 properties of which the majority are owned by the Director of Housing and operate under the terms of the Housing Provider Framework Lease and Property Management Agreement. NRHC is governed by a volunteer Board elected from its membership.

The role

Reporting directly to the Board and leading a small team, you will be responsible for all aspects of the organisation’s work including tenancy and property management, developing and sustaining relationships with all stakeholders; and; delivering high quality and sensitive tenancy supports and services to our members/tenants.
