We have an exciting 12-month fixed-term opportunity for an experienced Functional Analyst to support our IT team. This role focuses on improving user experience through development of RANZCR’s systems which provide services for our members. These systems include Microsoft Dynamics CRM, FinOps, MS Microsoft Dynamics Marketing, examinations and the student ePortfolio. The Functional Analyst will develop, test, analyse and maintain business applications to support the business requirements.
It will also be required to regularly document and modify business requirements and software specifications throughout the production life cycle.
You will be part of a team, contributing to the delivery of transformational projects and user experience enhancements.
The successful individual will apply proven technical knowledge, business analysis, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills to help maximise the benefit of business system investments.
You will have 1-2 years minimum experience in a similar role, with demonstrated experience in Microsoft Office 365, project management and SaaS/PaaS implementations. You require knowledge of Dynamics 365 CRM and sound knowledge of the SDLC.
