At RASA, we're committed to making a positive impact in our community. As an IT Service Desk Analyst, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our IT support services across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities

• Tech Guru: Provide level-2 support for all IT queries and assist with installing, deploying, maintaining, and troubleshooting various technologies.
• Device Doctor: Oversee the deployment, configuration, and security of desktop and mobile devices.
• Network Navigator: Manage the RASA network user access process and maintain security levels.
• Tech Support: Provide level-2 technology assistance and collaborate with the technology team.
• Microsoft Maestro: Offer level-2 support for RASA's Microsoft landscape, collaborating with our Managed Service Provider.
• Problem Solver: Troubleshoot technical issues and perform root cause analysis.

Qualifications and Experience

• Essential: Bachelor’s degree in IT, Networking, or Computer Science or equivalent certification.
• Experience: Prioritizing tasks, diagnosing and repairing hardware/software issues, cloud infrastructure management, and strong knowledge of Windows 10.
• Cloud Know-How: Exposure to Microsoft Cloud Services, such as Office 365, Azure AD, and more.
• Desirable: experience in IT roles, knowledge of telecommunications infrastructure, information security, and ITIL framework.
