This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated, experienced administrative professional at our Kew centre to join Relationships Australia Victoria.
Relationships Australia Victoria (RAV) is a secular, community-based, not-for-profit organisation with no religious affiliations who have been providing services to the Victorian community for over 70 years. Our vision is for “positive, respectful, safe and fulfilling relationships for all Australians”. RAV provides services from centres across metropolitan Melbourne and regional Victoria.
Reporting to the Senior Manager Kew, your responsibilities include welcoming first point of contact for clients and people contacting RAV about services and our Family Mediation, Counselling and other programs, responding in a helpful manner via phone, email and in person. You will provide organisational and administrative support to management and staff, undertake basic assessment of client service needs and manage the coordination, booking, data entry and processing of client appointments.
This role is located at our Kew centre and is permanent part-time, working three (3) days per week with one evening shift either on a Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday, until 8pm.
