This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and experienced compliance administrator to join our Training and Development team at Relationships Australia Victoria (RAV) working with professionals who have been delivering effective client focused services and outcomes for over 70 years in Victoria.

About the role

As the Compliance Administrator, you will join a team of dedicated individuals to apply your skills and experience in this role to monitor, manage and deliver compliant processes in the management and administration of the Registered Training Organisation (RTO). Reporting to the Senior Manager Training and Development, you will be responsible for ensuring compliant processing of student enrolments, utilising the Wisenet platform, working closely with your manager to foster and embed ongoing compliance processes and procedures with the RTO, and for ongoing registration.

This position sits with our Training and Development team who are based in Camberwell. The position is permanent and a great opportunity for an individual seeking part-time hours, with flexibility to be either three (3) or four (4) days per week.

Skills, experience and qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will possess:

  • Experience having worked in another RTO environment.
  • General awareness and understanding of RTO compliance requirements.
  • Experience with VSL processes.
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills (both written and verbal) and the ability to communicate with a diverse range of stakeholders.
  • Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE 60110) would be advantageous

A competitive salary package is on offer to the successful candidate with a base salary range of $73,018 - $79,369 (pro-rata) per annum, plus superannuation and access to generous salary packaging options where eligible.
