• Registered Nurse Level 1 $41.01 to $54.70 per hour (plus the ability to salary Package) 

The opportunity

We are seeking Registered Nurse professionals to join our team working across Metropolitan Adelaide, based at either Parafield, Keswick or Morphett Vale. The ideal candidate would work a variety of shifts between the hours of 7:00am and 10:30pm, Monday to Sunday.

Key responsibilities

Working independently in the community, you will deliver high-quality, best care driven nursing support to our clients within their home. Responsibilities will include clinical assessments, venepuncture, cannulation, PICC Line and CVAD management, maintain care plans, identify and deliver appropriate intervention for complex client need.

About you

To be considered for this role, you must meet the following selection criteria:

• Current registration with AHPRA and a minimum 1 years post-graduate clinical experience
• Full Australian drivers’ licence
• Recent acute clinical skills including CVAD management, cannulation and catheterisation (desirable)
• Demonstrated problem solving skills
• Strong communication (written, verbal and listening) and interpersonal skills
• The ability to work autonomously, prioritise workload and work within allocated timeframes

Based on Silver Chain Group Policy and Government Directions, you will be required to provide evidence of vaccination against COVID-19, or evidence of a medical exemption in order to commence employment with Silver Chain.
