Registered Nurse - Evening Service (experience with working with children)
We are seeking experienced, multi-skilled Registered Nurse to join our evening service team based at Parafield or Morphett Vale. Rosters are issued 3 weeks in advance to you so you can plan your leisure time, the position offers the opportunity to work in the community supporting a variety of clients in their own homes.
Position 1: Metro North (Parafield) 42 hrs. 7 x 6 hrs. + 30 minutes unpaid meal break - roster WK 1 Friday, Monday, Tuesday, WK 2 Friday, Saturday ,Monday, Tuesday
Position 2: Metro South (Morphet Vale) 48 hrs 8 x 6 hr shifts + 30 minutes unpaid meal break - roster WK 1 & 2 Friday, Saturday, Wednesday, Thursday
Using your exceptional clinical assessment, decision-making and problem-solving skills and abilities, you will provide an optimum standard of care to our clients, making a real contribution to their health outcomes.

Based on Silver Chain Group Policy and Government Directions, you will be required to provide evidence of vaccination against COVID-19, or evidence of a medical exemption in order to commence employment with Silver Chain.
