The Opportunity

We currently have an outstanding career opportunity for a leader with substantial social/human services experience to lead the Kelmscott Residential Site. Reporting to the Senior Residential Manager, this role oversees the overall administration of Kelmscott’s services, including LARU licensing, compliance with legislative requirements and MHC service guidelines and contractual requirements.

The Program Manager provides an environment within the services that enables consumers living with serious and persistent mental illness to confidently embark on a journey of recovery and to attain the kind of life they desire.

Your direct reports include a capable, experienced and supportive individuals with various backgrounds and high-level expertise.

About You

You will be a tertiary qualified health care professional with experience working in and alongside a range of health care settings, including primary health care and other community services.

Experience in the mental health, disability and not for profit community services sectors will be viewed favourably ideally with substantial experience in the delivery of social/human services.
