RedR Australia recruits, trains and deploys technical experts to UN agencies, partner governments and NGOs worldwide. We are the only Standby Partner in the Asia Pacific and southern hemisphere and are internationally recognised as a provider of quality humanitarian training courses.
RedR is seeking highly skilled Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability and Learning (MEAL) experts to form a MEAL Associate Pool from which the Strategy and Impact Unit can directly draw talent for project work. It is envisaged that the pool will consist of a strong cadre of sectoral and regionally diverse Associates who can be selected for projects via a simple Expression of Interest (EOI) process. RedR Australia is particularly keen to build a cadre of MEAL experts to call upon from within Asia and the Pacific, the Middle East and Africa.
Selected Associates will help RedR demonstrate program impact and accountability by conducting evidence-based data collection and analysis, developing MEAL analytics, undertaking reviews and needs/capability assessments, improving systems and providing technical support in line with RedR Australia’s strategic and MEAL frameworks.
