Mental Health Clinician

Resilient Minds Psychology

Resilient Minds Psychology is a growing Psychology practice, based in Sydney Australia. We operate predominantly via telehealth and mobile home visits. Work from the comfort of your own home.

Over the past few years there has been a huge demand for mental health services and to meet this growing demand, we are in need of another telehealth clinician (Clinical Psychologist/Psychologist/Social Worker) to work remotely. The mental health landscape is changing, where there is greater desire from clients to see clinicians in the comfort/safety of their own home and also clinicians wanting to do the same.

Our mission is to create a more accessible mental health practice allowing anyone to access mental health support anywhere across Australia. Our purpose is to also create a sustainable working environment for all staff where you enjoy coming to work rather than feeling burnt out. We incorporate flexible working conditions (where you choose your days and hours), quality of service over the quantity of clients seen (See as many clients as you prefer), and full administration support (Taking this load away so you can focus on what you do best). The environment we strive to create is one that is safe and supportive for all staff.

What we offer:

  • Flexible working environment (Working as many days or hours as you'd like)
  • A culture of support and safety that encourages a practice of sustainability as a practitioner
  • Excellent renumeration, fair and transparent contract terms
  • Full administration support and practice model where there is greater certainty of income

What you will need:

  • Eligibility to provide services under Medicare
  • ABN
  • Professional Indemnity and public liability insurances
  • Ability to work autonomously
  • Warm, empathetic and passionate about helping others
