Following internal growth, Flourish Australia has a couple of great opportunities for People & Culture Administrators to join our Support Hub in Sydney Olympic Park!

This positions available are:

  • Ongoing full-time (76 hours per fortnight)
  • Working Monday to Friday
  • Level 3 on the Flourish Australia Enterprise Agreement (2018) equivalent to $32.54 - $34.90 per hour + 10% Super

About the Opportunity

Whilst the role encompasses most aspects of P&C, the P&C Administrator will primarily provide support with:

  • Recruitment and selection administration
  • General administration tasks including generation of employment contract packs
  • Maintaining staff files and the P&C filing system
  • Inputting and maintenance of staff data in the HRIS (TechOne experience highly regarded)
  • Conducting Working with Children Checks and Criminal Record Checks
  • Developing learning and development content
  • Assisting with specific P&C projects (as required)
  • Assisting with the day-to-day efficient operation of the P&C team.

Selection Criteria

  • Acquired, or working towards, a degree in Human Resources OR a relevant certificate with at least 1-years experience.
  • Have a high level of computer literacy.
  • Have a high level of clerical and administrative skills.
  • Emerging knowledge of ER legislation, Fair Work Act 2009, and the Modern Awards system.
