Road Safety Education Limited (RSE) is a not-for-profit organisation which is committed to reducing trauma on our roads through the delivery of industry-leading, evidence-based road safety education programs for high school students.

We are currently seeking 2 Program Facilitators to run programs in Sydney.

As a facilitator you will:

• Be able to facilitate group discussion in a workshop style, rather than lecturing, and connect with a teenage (16-18 year old) audience.
• Each presentation is half an hour and is presented six times to classroom sized groups, with breaks for morning tea and lunch – you need to be able to keep time and efficiently get through each session
• Demonstrate strong ability in team work and keeping students engaged while ensuring quality in presentation and delivery.

Full training will be provided.

Pay rate is $30-40 per hour (Program hours are 9am-2pm) depending on experience. You will need to invoice us for payment. You will also be provided with morning tea and lunch on the day.

In order to be successful in this role, the following experience/skills are necessary:

• Must feel comfortable presenting in front of large groups
• Able to project voice and feel confident presenting
• Be well-presented and neatly attired (Smart Casual)
• Be able and willing to travel to our venues (St Ives, Penrith, Sydney Olympic Park, Fairfield)
• Experience with working with a range of ages and volunteers would be an advantage
• A valid NSW Working with Children Check will need to be provided
