- Part time (.5 - .6 FTE)
- SCHADS Award 2010 Level 5 Pay point 1 (negotiable) plus super and leave loading. SANDAS also offers generous salary packaging.
This role is responsible for providing high level project support in the implementation of the Cross-Sector Capacity Building and Strategic Partnerships Project (CSCBSPP), quality planning and implementation and SANDAS communications.
Capability requirements
Essential:
- Good understanding of and ability to coordinate and maintain quality systems and accreditation processes.
- Good organisational, analytical and time management skills, including an ability to work in a small team environment with competing priorities.
- Good oral communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good written communication and report-writing skills, including the development of policies and procedures, stakeholder communication, reports (e.g. research reports, annual report, online updates and newsletters).
- Developed IT knowledge and experience including website and database management.
- Knowledge office software systems including Microsoft 365 (SharePoint, Word, Excel etc) and Visio.
- Working with Children and National Police checks.
Desirable:
- Knowledge of alcohol and other drug issues and orientation to the non-government sector.
- A relevant tertiary qualification and certification in quality improvement processes (esp. ISO).
- Current knowledge of and commitment to, equal opportunity in all aspects of employment and service delivery.
- A full and current South Australian driver's licence.
