ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

SASMOA is seeking an experienced Industrial Officer to work as part of a small and highly motivated industrial team which advances and protects our members' interests. The Industrial Officer will provide accurate verbal and written industrial relations advice to members, negotiate issues arising from disputes, represent members in various industrial forums including attendance at industrial tribunals and similar settings, and undertake research and analysis as required.

ABOUT YOU

The successful candidate should have a strong working knowledge and experience in industrial relations matters, with tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline desirable.
