One Door Mental Health has been contracted by Central Eastern Primary Health Network to provide the Primary Integrated Care Support (PICS) Program. One Door has delivered PICS since August 2017. The aim of PICS is to provide evidence based clinical mental health services and links to health and psychosocial supports in a primary health care setting, to meet the needs of people who experience severe mental illness.
PICS is delivered by a team of experienced and credentialed mental health nurses and peer workers.
As a PICS Mental Health Nurse, you will work in a team with peer workers and be supported by the PICS manager, peer worker coordinator, One Door Clinical Director and other PICS nurses. Our mental health nurses provide clinical care and care coordination, develop collaborative care plans with other providers, including PICS peer workers, who provide psychosocial support.

One Door Mental Health requires all staff to have a Police Check clearance, a current Working with Children's Check and NDIS Worker Screening clearance and appropriate COVID-19 Vaccination.
One Door provides you with the opportunity to take the next step in your career and work in the community in a nurse-led practice. Also ensuring work-life balance, the PICS program operates Monday to Friday during standard business hours (9AM - 5PM) - meaning that there is no shift work.
Flexible working arrangements can also be made available during standard business hours to fit with family and other commitments outside of work.
