St John of God Social Outreach Casa Venegas supports adults with Mental Health issues who are experiencing Homelessness to transition to independent living through a recovery-based framework. Services provided include accommodation, advocacy and liaising with mental health services on behalf of the consumer.
Opportunities for Community Support Workers have become available within our passionate and dedicated team.
Based in Burwood, these positions are responsible for a high standard of care and quality service to the consumers of St John of God Social Outreach (SO) Casa Venegas by working with the Support Team to design, develop and implement case management strategies and individual support plans for the consumers.
