VincentCare Victoria is seeking an appropriately-qualified person to take on the position of podiatrist.
Delivery of clinical Podiatric care to clients who are frail aged, homeless or at risk of homelessness, who are over 65years of age with chronic and complex physical and cognitive health conditions in the clinic setting.
The Podiatrist clinic will be located at VincentCare’s redeveloped Ozanam House in North Melbourne and accept referrals from homeless services within the designated region. A strong focus of the role will be understanding of local health and community services and establishing referral pathways and processes in addition to servicing clients accessing living at Ozanam House or accessing the Homelessness Resource Centre who fit the criteria and providing podiatric outreach support when required.
The Podiatrist will practice in a manner consistent with the requirements of the relevant professional registration requirements and relevant Registration Board.
