An exciting opportunity exists for an appropriately qualified General Practitioner to join a team of highly skilled and dedicated health care workers in a supported environment working to improve the health outcomes of marginalised people.
Access Health is part of St Vincent's Hospital General Practice services, and exists to provide quality and accessible care to members of the community experiencing vulnerability. We are a one-stop primary health care service that supports the needs of people who people who are experiencing homelessness, use drugs, engaged in street-based sex work, and people who are experiencing difficulties in managing their general health, mental health, or chronic disease.
Access Health in St Kilda is a collaboration between St Vincent's Hospital and The Salvation Army offering high quality, bulk-billed medical services within a multidisciplinary team.

The service endeavours to collaborate with a range of relevant health and support services in order to provide quality health care that facilitates eventual client linkages into mainstream services. Primary health care is offered from a social health framework, with a focus on multidisciplinary teamwork, research and client involvement.
The GP is a member of a very well supported team which delivers care in a patient focused manner. The Practice is fully accredited with the Australian College of General Practitioners (RACGP) via Australian General Practice Accreditation Limited (AGPAL) and participate in continuous quality improvement
