Every day of the year, Sacred Heart Mission (SHM) assist hundreds of people who are experiencing homelessness or living in poverty to find shelter, food, care and support. As one of a small team of Women’s Supportive Housing Case Managers, you will spend your days working with other team members and clients to support, to settle into housing, stay housed, and improve their quality of life. The role will see you working in the community and in women’s homes as you assist them to develop goals and navigate services that meet their needs to stay housed.
Work with key workers to make a real difference in ending homelessness. Dedicated team working with women.
In this role no two days is ever the same, with a mix of assertive engagement and case management. A focus on working with women to identify solutions to assist them into permanent housing.
A typical day will see you working with other team members and clients, delivering case management and service coordination activities, and liaising with other agencies to support women to end homelessness.
