In this full time fixed-term position (12 months), based in Carlton*, you will work on all ICT related service requests and incidents providing timely and efficient 1st and 2nd level technical support with the aim of resolving issues on first contact. You'll be part of our ICT Service Delivery team and report to the ICT Service Desk Manager.
