We're searching for someone with a passion to make a difference. In this important role, you will help to maintain and improve Save the Children Australia's child and adult safeguarding standards across Australia and in the Pacific. As a member of the Enterprise Risk Team, you will ensure that our culture, systems, policies and procedures keep those who come into contact with our organisation safe from harm.

In this full-time position, you will ideally be based in Melbourne (although other locations will be considered). Working with a range of internal and external stakeholders, you will strengthen our safeguarding frameworks, monitor the effectiveness of those frameworks, assist with safeguarding incident management and manage safeguarding compliance reporting. You will be part of our Enterprise Risk Team within Group Operations and report to our Head of Safeguarding.

Highly organised and analytical, you have a demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders from a variety of cultural and geographical contexts to strengthen safeguarding outcomes for children and adults.
