The Transition from Ashley Youth Detention Centre, Youth Worker is responsible for the delivery of a support program for young people who are transitioning from remand and detention back into the community in the southern region of Tasmania. You will work with young people, both in detention and in the community, to help them to identify and realise their recreational, educational and vocational/employment goals, providing practical, mentoring support to young people to enable them to work towards meeting their goals and aspirations.
