Share the Dignity is passionate about our work helping women, girls and those who menstruate in need and eliminating period poverty in Australia. As a relatively young charity (7 years old), there are still so many ways to grow and improve what we do – and we are looking for someone who would relish the challenge of being a part of this phase.

We are looking for a full time, Dignity Vending Machine Administrator for an initial 12month period to sit in this newly created role.

Someone who can bring their enthusiasm for attention to detail and willingness to support the team in administrative duties. This role will be fast-paced, exciting and rewarding!

Reporting to our Service Operations Manager, you will be working on the frontline of our charity, helping to ensure Dignity Vending Machines dispensing free period products are installed and stocked across the country. You will liaise closely with key volunteer groups and third party stakeholders such as installers and distributors and those wishing to have a Dignity Vending Machine installed at their premises. Being skilful with coordination and logistics is a must. As is your ability to establish warm and respectful relationships with all stakeholders of Share the Dignity and communicate effectively in person, via email and using online communication tools.

DUTIES INCLUDE:

  • Responding to queries regarding Dignity Vending Machines
  • Liaising with Volunteer Dignity Vending Machine Leads
  • Reviewing and following up criteria for applications of Dignity Vending Machines
  • Facilitating the execution of Memorandum of Understandings &/or Operational Agreements
  • Coordinating the installation with third party providers and providing relevant updates to all stakeholders
  • Basic troubleshooting and management of stock and maintenance requests

You will be someone who is proficient in Microsoft Office with excellent time management and organising skills. Someone who communicates in a professional, respectful manner and can work cohesively as a small team with a large workload and be solution focused.

TO BE A SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE YOU WILL HAVE:

  • Certificate III in Business Administration and/or exposure to project management processes and previous administrative experience essential
  • Proficient Microsoft Office skills, including intermediate experience with Excel and mail merge
  • Proven experience in administration tasks and ability to uphold timeframes with high level organisation skills
  • Desire and ability to follow through on delegated tasks and projects and report back on progress

Desirable skills

  • Experience working with volunteers
  • Experience with Smartsheets and DocuSign programs
  • Prior experience using Workplace for Facebook
