Driver Engagement Coordinator

Purpose

To manage our network of Drivers and Passengers with the utmost care, sensitivity, and passion. You will problem solve, create, and advocate for Drivers and Passengers in Tech, Marketing, Communications and Support. 

Job responsibilities

  • Resolve product and service complaints by clarifying the problem, determining the cause and what will solve the problem, and ensuring resolution
  • Contribute to UX and UI development by working closely with our Tech team and using your voice as a microphone for Drivers and Passengers
  • Exercise extensive knowledge of Shebah procedures and protocols, especially as they relate to vulnerable Passengers and Drivers
  • Liaise with our Marketing team to best represent the Shebah community on social media and collateral
  • Work closely with the Onboarding and Support Team in monitoring the Driver network
  • Communicate with Passengers and Drivers via EDM
  • Represent Shebah publicly (events, interviews, Driver meetups, etc.)
  • Utilise the Shebah admin platform to gather information and conduct research
  • Coordinate collaborations with like-minded businesses who reach out, taking into account feasibility and logistics
  • Document issues and incidents and manage follow-ups

Essential Skills

  • Persistent positivity, warmth, encouragement, and an upbeat engaging tone
  • Ability to work at a fast pace and manage multiple tasks at once
  • Experience in the Google platform (Gmail, Google Drive, Google Calendars, Google Sheets)
  • Proficiency in platforms like Wordpress, Mailchimp, and Mandrill
  • Professionalism, diplomacy, and a high ability to retain information
  • Excellent communication skills both verbally and electronically
  • Willingness to provide feedback in a constructive compassionate manner
  • A sense of humour, a nuanced perspective on feminism, and a passion for our all women movement
