Silver Chain have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Therapy Assistant to join our diverse and dynamic team in Geraldton. Your clients will be in the Geraldton area and surrounding suburbs. The role will see you undertake rehabilitation and physical Reablement activities as directed by an Allied Health Professional to meet client needs. This role is a Permanent Part Time opportunity offering a minimum of 38hrs per fortnight with availability to work hours 3 days a week (currently Monday, Tuesday & Thursday) starting from 8.00am.
Under the Aged Care act 1997, successful candidates will be required to provide a satisfactory National Police Clearance prior to commencement.
