As we lead up to our Centenary, it’s an exciting time to be joining our family.

We are currently seeking a Project Support Officer to help us achieve The Smith Family’s vision. Reporting to the Project Manager, Learning for Life Model Project and working with a dedicated, energised, and passionate team in a fast-paced environment, this role will perform day to day tasks associated with the provision of project management and project administration support to one large or several smaller projects.

A day in the life of a Project Support Officer, Learning for Life Model Project might look like this, but every day can be different.

Primarily, you will be responsible for:

  • Monitoring the progress and achievement of activity milestones across the life of the project and reporting to key stakeholders
  • The operation of the Work Stream Teams that are the key mechanism for the project, including tracking and reporting on actions from those teams
  • Supporting the delivery of the overarching Project Plan

Our successful candidate will bring the following:

  • Demonstrated effectiveness in organisational administration (including computer literacy and time management)
  • Experience with managing communication across a broad range of stakeholder groups
  • Experience in executing multiple tasks while juggling competing priorities and interests
  • Demonstrated experience working autonomously
