Springvale Learning and Activities Centre has a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives on a challenge and responsibility, enjoys dealing with people and has a flair for finding the right solutions for clients, community and the organisation.

The role requires innovative thinking and ability to deliver under pressure for competing and changing priorities. Working in a small team, the candidate will have to stay focused and alert at all times, deal with contingencies and demonstrate exceptional stakeholder relationships management skills. The main objectives of the role:

1. Effective coordination of 18 pre-accredited classes per week delivered by 10+ facilitators across 13 different locations in the Cities of Greater Dandenong and Casey.
2. Stakeholder relationship management and partnership building. Marketing, PR and Social Media strategy.
3. Overseeing contract and regulatory compliance for pre-accredited and RTO programs.

Key Selection Criteria:

• Relevant tertiary qualification.
• Knowledge and skills in RTO and Learn Local delivery, reporting and compliance
• Experience in marketing, PR and Social Medial strategies to achieve business targets
• Meticulous English language spelling and grammar, both in writing and verbally.
• Planning, organising and time management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure independently and facilitate collaboration in a team
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders and people of all backgrounds and walks of life
• Demonstrated ability to compile complex texts using digital tools, e.g. reports, proposals, submission papers
• Experience in managing teams and leading by example
• TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment is highly desirable.
• Current Driver’s license and use of own reliable car. Cleared Police Check and Working with Children Check.

The position is ongoing, initially part-time, 30 hrs per week. Remuneration is in line with the Sector Collective Agreement (Educational Services. Post-secondary education award). 6-month probation period applies. The position is currently under review, the KPIs and position description will be negotiated with the successful candidate.
