St John Ambulance Australia (NT) Inc. (St John NT) is the Territory’s leading provider of First Aid training and services. We have an exciting opportunity for a driven, innovative, people-oriented individual to fill the role of First Aid Training Manager based at our Casuarina Head Office.
The Training Manager is responsible for providing operational leadership specialising in the design, delivery and review of learning and development programs offered by St John NT. The Training Manager is responsible for overseeing the promotion and delivery of both accredited and non-accredited training to all Territorians. The position manages all facets of the Training department, including but not limited to training staff management, RTO compliance, financial business outcomes, training delivery, and external promotion of St John NT as a training facility of excellence.
