The new Head to Health Launceston service model is tailored to the needs of the local community and offers a combination of peer-led recovery and clinical support to provide a warm, welcoming and high-quality experience including: immediate mental health support for people requiring short-term mental health and wellbeing support.
Stride have pioneered the integrated model since 2014 and we look forward to bringing our experience to Launceston and are looking for an innovative and motivated workforce to bring this new model to life.
The Clinical Service Manager will have a pivotal role in the overall leadership and management of the Launceston Head to Health Hub in accordance with the service model and operational guidelines.
Responsibilities range from:
Service establishment and oversight of safe and quality services; to improvement and management of internal processes, to development of innovative projects involving internal and external collaborations and partnerships, together with financial and operational management of the service.
You will work in partnership with all consortium partners to best provide evidence-based practices to clients and their families/significant others.
You will lead and develop a multi-disciplinary team to provide quality primary care and support services for all accessing the Head to Health service.
