The Housing Hub offers a targeted housing specific, time limited, specialist service. We support the development of high quality evidence that supports NDIS participants to reach their housing goals. Our team has expert knowledge and experience in NDIS housing options, including specialist disability accommodation (SDA), Individualised Living Options (ILO) and Supported Independent Living (SIL).
The Housing Hub is looking for a full time Home and Living Specialist with experience in the sector and exceptional report writing skills.
We are seeking someone who will put people with disability first, and will respect the housing preferences of those we support. Providing a specialty that is housing specific and targeted is a niche area and we are looking for someone who has the skills to bring both the evidence for a home and living decision and the participant’s stories to life. This role will work to accountable deadlines and will have to be efficient as well as effective.
The role will support people with disability to understand housing options and develop quality documentation, and support participants with NDIS processes in relation to home and living options.
This is a great opportunity to join a supportive team and receive expert knowledge and know-how from people who are leaders in housing for NDIS participants.
Our workplace provides the flexibility to work from home with some office-based work required.
If you’re passionate about quality housing for people with disability, can bring a person’s story to life and want to work with the best in the sector, this job is for you.
