Stepping into the role as Social Media Manager and Content Creator means that you will be championing the visual content and management of SunButter’s social media platforms : TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, Website and Email Marketing.

• You will be in charge of content campaigns and strategising for key dates throughout the year.
• Your role includes reaching out to collaborators, ambassadors, team riders and our grom squad (up and coming young gun surfers) to elevate their wins and support them by sharing their journey with our community.
• You will be responsible for creating funny and on brand TikTok videos.
• You will be in charge of forming new collaborations and running interesting giveaways with like-minded businesses on a quarterly basis.
• You will strategise ideas with Sacha ( CEO and Creative Director) on a weekly basis, and with Tristan (Marketing Manager) on a monthly basis.
• You will be in charge of reaching out to our writer and graphic artist whenever you need support in realising a creative campaign.
• You will organise and execute a range of content shoots from user generated content to more high-end campaigns with professional photographers and models.
• You will be in charge of scheduling and posting content across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and Pinterest, as well as updating and refreshing our website with new creative content quarterly and on key dates.

• Experience working with content creation software
• Experience with formatting files for different platforms

SCOPE OF WORK

Our ideal candidate would be based on the Mornington Peninsula or nearby and happy to commute to weekly/monthly meetings. There is scope for remote work and freedom to travel whilst working. The applicant must have access to their own computer and have their own content creation equipment (phone/cameras/drone/tripods).

Work hours and wage

Casual, an average of 16 hours per week at $30p/h for the first 4 months with the possibility of growing to 30 hours per week pending a 4 month appraisal.
