ABOUT THE ROLE:

• Full-Time 37.5 hours per week.
• Salary: $115,000 to $125,000 plus superannuation (dependent on experience).
• Attractive conditions - salary packaging (up to $15,900), additional leave, opportunities for professional development.
• Family friendly and flexible working conditions.
• Unrestricted Practising Certificate.
• 5+ years’ post-admission experience.
• Act as a Nominated Person in accordance with the Risk Management Guide.
• Manage a dynamic team of 9 (6x Solicitors, 1x Team Lead – Financial Counselling, 1x Night Legal Service Coordinator, 1x Tenancy Advocate)

OUR PERFECT MATCH:

The successful candidate will be motivated to take ownership of the Generalist Practice area, providing key support to the Principal Solicitor. You will be passionate about social justice and making a difference to the world, by providing quality legal services to vulnerable members of our community. You will have extensive legal experience ideally within the community legal sector, supporting clients to understand their rights and be fairly represented and included in the community.

You will have strong interpersonal skills and demonstrated leadership capability, and the ability to work with people from diverse cultural, linguistic and socioeconomic backgrounds.
