Our client is a not for profit community services organisation, providing accommodation for people on low income or to those with special needs. Having been established for over 30 years, the organisation is seeking a leader who can drive change and enhance the services it offers.
As a member of the Board and managing a medium sized team, your key responsibilities will include:
To be successful in this challenging and rewarding role, you will have demonstrated success in the development and implementation of corporate strategy including ongoing financial management; strong leadership capabilities including driving change and motivating staff; highly developed interpersonal skills including the ability to influence and build partnerships with government, other community services providers and corporates; and have an exceptionally strong customer service focus.
This role offers an attractive package circa $160,000 plus PBI benefits and a mandate for change ensuring that the organisation enhances its services to those that are genuinely in need.
