The role of the Registered Nurse is to provide excellent clinical care allowing our aged care consumers to stay independent living in their own homes for as long as possible.
Key Responsibilities
The responsibilities of the Registered Nurse are as follows:
- Providing clinical care to consumers in their own home
- Carrying out consumer clinical assessments, referrals and reviews
- Working collaboratively with the Nursing team
ESSENTIAL CRITERIA
- Current registration as a Register Nurse Division 1 with AHPRA
- An understanding of the Aged Care Framework and its application
- Demonstrated case management and nursing experience within a community setting
- Thorough attention to detail
- Excellent written and oral skills
- Outstanding interpersonal skills; flexible, patient and the ability to relate well to people
- Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Office including using a CRM
- Own car which can be used for work purposes
- NSW Class C driver’s licence.

- Position is subject to award conditions under the Nurses Award 2010 as well as generous salary packaging benefits.
