Our customers are people with physical and intellectual disabilities and our Support Workers create an environment that encourages development of daily living, social and recreational skills, independence and assists the people we support to achieve their personal goals and live their best life.

Essential Criteria:

• Experience supporting people with physical and intellectual disabilities
• Confidence in providing personal care for customers
• Sound Work Health & Safety knowledge, administration and multitasking skills
• Current Unrestricted NSW drivers’ licence
• Current Working With Children clearance or the ability to obtain
• Current First Aid Certificate or ability to obtain
• Ability to meet physical requirements of the job
